I wanted to be able to purchase quickly and easily some moisturiser. I usually get it from a salon but it’s hit and miss if anyone is at reception to actually buy some. The process buying online I found pretty tedious as I had to fill out a form to say I’d used the products before and what my skin was like etc. The first form I completed didn’t submit correctly as I had to redo it. I then had a voicemail and an email asking about the current level of moisturiser I was using. All this had to be confirmed before it got sent out, despite payment being taken at time of order. This really shouldn’t have been so hard to buy some moisturiser and really won’t be my first point of call when buying my next bottle. Customer experience seems to have been forgotten
