I placed my first order recently and immediately realised that I had ordered the wrong product. There wasn't an option to cancel online so I sent an email off to the support team, cautiously hoping it would be actioned before it was despatched. I'm happy to say that the product was switched out within the hour and it was reflected so on my account for reassurance.
The response was really friendly and super quick. It was delivered the next day. I can't fault The Derma Company. I will definitely use again!
