Bought an emerald ring and it lasted nine months, I always felt the claws looked a bit small and felt a bit rough but assumed would be ok, but one day an emerald is missing. Sent it back to them and they said there is accidental damage and will charge me hundreds to repair. I asked for it back as I can’t believe they expect me to pay more. A local jeweller confirmed claws arent great but also the four around the missing emerald are intact! So no damage, rip off merchants
