**revised** these guys were very prompt to call me and discuss at length about what I thought was an issue. V happy with the service so far. Yet to try the amended collar but expecting it to A-Ok! Thanks team.
The collar is so sensitive I haven’t been able to use it on our dog. Tried to send email but it got returned.
Not the best start but would appreciate speaking with a sales person that knows the product and can let me know how to adjust /work it so we can use it. Thx
