“I have used Dog Line under the recommendation of a friend for their containment system 2.5 years ago, and it works a treat. Easy to set up and relocate if you have to and over the past 2.5 years its kept the dogs in a respectful of their boundary 99% of the time. I made another order recently for some products and didn't realise i made a mistake in that order, but with a phone call from the staff and the item corrected over the phone before packing was exceptional customer service in todays standard. Thank you Dog Line and staff”

“We are incredibly grateful for the Dog Line anti-bark collar and the positive difference it has made for our family. What impressed us most wasn’t just how effective it was, but how quickly our dogs learned. After only a short period of using the collar, we no longer needed to leave it on. Simply showing it or putting it on briefly if the barking started again was enough to gently remind them, and the barking stopped almost immediately. Our goal was never to punish our beautiful puppies. We wanted a kind, humane and effective way to guide their behaviour while still allowing them to be playful, happy dogs. This has given us exactly that. As passionate travellers with our caravan, it’s so important to us that we are considerate of the people around us wherever we stay. “I had Colin come and install a fence line to the front of my property. After two only trial learning runs, my dog, who was driving me and my neighbours mad with his escape artistry hasn't gone anywhere near the fence since. After-sales service also been excellent. Highly recommended!”

“We bought the pet barrier electric dog fence for our mini poodle, shmoodle and mini foxie. The advice and after sales service from this company have been fantastic and the fence has totally lived up to expectation. The dogs are so well trained now that they don't even need the collar. (Not that I would want to count on that for too long). Highly recommended.”

“Fantastic follow-up service after ordering on line to check we had the right product. Accurate delivery times. Most of all, great quality product which has separated our dogs from the temptations of rural life for many years. I love the versatility of this product - when we head to friends or family who have the same dog line, we just take the collar and our dogs can enjoy their freedom *but only as much as the fence allows!)”

“Excellent product and great technical support from Colin. We’ve two Golden Retrievers and have been in temporary accommodation for a few months with no dog proof fencing. Within two or three training sessions the dogs understood the garden limits and we’ve had no escapes. Happy to recommend. Bob”

“Thankyou to the Dog Line. We have had the pet barrier system on out acreage property for 5 and a half years. It's been amazing. It's kept our two Kelpies from escaping the property and chasing the local wildlife. We have no actual fencing on our property, just the Dog Line perimeter wire. Our dogs will not cross over the wire, even if a kangaroo goes past. We would highly recommend this system.”

“I just wanted to give you some feedback: the DogLine is brilliant! We’ve been using it on our 10 acres for about 4 years now. Prior to that we had regular trouble and stress with our dogs escaping. They both responded well to the initial training, and we’ve had no problems since. It has taken all the stress away and we are all a lot happier and safer. “We are on four acres. The dog line lets our two Healers run around about half of it, safely. We found our red Healer kept sitting at the door of the chicken coop, guarding it, not letting the chooks out. My Husband move the line to in front of the coop and now our chooks can go in and out. Very easy to move the boundary. Our dogs stay within the line while we're out all day working. Just got to watch when we walk the bins out, that we turn the line off, as the dogs come with us for an extended run. Love it. Best thing we ever purchased for piece of mind knowing the dogs were safe.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service today! I spent over 2 1/2 hours setting up my electric barrier fence and was having a few complications and decided to ring the helpline and honestly, I wish I just rang them from the start! They were able to talk me through the process of setting it up and fixing the issue that was wrong. He was super thorough and clear and I couldn’t be more happier with the product and the service!”

“Our dog line was installed October 2019 and was the first time I had cause for peace of mind with my Houdini dog. Nearly 6 years later, I contacted Dogline to troubleshoot an issue. The knowledge, customer centric focus and dedication to service are the things that make Dogline a stand out family owned and operated business. Dog line still fully operational and now contains two four legged terrorists (tiny and medium). Testament to the product(s) themselves.”
