“I have used Dog Line under the recommendation of a friend for their containment system 2.5 years ago, and it works a treat. Easy to set up and relocate if you have to and over the past 2.5 years its kept the dogs in a respectful of their boundary 99% of the time. I made another order recently for some products and didn't realise i made a mistake in that order, but with a phone call from the staff and the item corrected over the phone before packing was exceptional customer service in todays standard. Thank you Dog Line and staff”

“I just wanted to give you some feedback: the DogLine is brilliant! We’ve been using it on our 10 acres for about 4 years now. Prior to that we had regular trouble and stress with our dogs escaping. They both responded well to the initial training, and we’ve had no problems since. It has taken all the stress away and we are all a lot happier and safer. I was sceptical at first, but am so glad we tried it. Thankyou from Juliet, Buster and Pepper”

“I hadn't used the collar for 10 years. Put a new battery in it for the next puppy, called the helpline to help me reset the unit and it is as good as new! Thanks to Colin for your help”

“We are on four acres. The dog line lets our two Healers run around about half of it, safely. We found our red Healer kept sitting at the door of the chicken coop, guarding it, not letting the chooks out. My Husband move the line to in front of the coop and now our chooks can go in and out. Very easy to move the boundary. Our dogs stay within the line while we're out all day working. Just got to watch when we walk the bins out, that we turn the line off, as the dogs come with us for an extended run. Love it. Best thing we ever purchased for piece of mind knowing the dogs were safe.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service today! I spent over 2 1/2 hours setting up my electric barrier fence and was having a few complications and decided to ring the helpline and honestly, I wish I just rang them from the start! They were able to talk me through the process of setting it up and fixing the issue that was wrong. He was super thorough and clear and I couldn’t be more happier with the product and the service!”

“Our dog line was installed October 2019 and was the first time I had cause for peace of mind with my Houdini dog. Nearly 6 years later, I contacted Dogline to troubleshoot an issue. The knowledge, customer centric focus and dedication to service are the things that make Dogline a stand out family owned and operated business. Dog line still fully operational and now contains two four legged terrorists (tiny and medium). Testament to the product(s) themselves.”

“The dog line. Where to start? I found them online and started watching and learning from their videos which are very very informative. The girl I spoke to a little while ago was so helpful and very well educated on the products and I think her name was Tanya. Tanya stepped me through the set up process and was very patient with me as a new user. Nothing was too much trouble. Their customer service is fabulous and im very happy with my purchase. “When I bought my 3yr old GSP he was already a Houdini escapee !! So although he had acres to explore , the escapee behaviour was already ingrained and unresponsive to treat training so the dog line not only kept him safe ( and I was no longer running up the street in my pyjamas) but he became more of an affectionate companion and started to respond and enjoy training . Now 7 yrs on he is the best dog but I know that even now ,without the dog line any exciting distraction and he would be jumping the 2 metre fence again so I wholeheartedly recommend the dog line .”

“After trying other methods, including putting chicken wire on fencing around 8-acre property, to prevent my daughters mischievous Border Collie from escaping, he would always still find a way to escape, so I decided to invest in the Electric Dog Fence from The Dogline and I now wonder why I wasted money on the other methods. This fencing system has been fantastic and has excelled all expectations. Just recently we have had problems with the power box which, after a quick & very entertaining visit 😊 to Colin at The Dogline, has now been rectified,. We also have purchased a Bark Collar in the past, for the same mischievous dog, and that works like magic on his nuisance barking, yet it doesn’t stop him from barking for a reason, as in protection, danger etc. I would highly recommend the very knowledgeable Colin & the team at The Dogline to anyone who needs help with different dog issues. ”

“Colin is so knowledgeable & very helpful We are so happy with our dog line product had this going on 10years now our dog is a kelpie she is so clever she had worked out it was not working but soon as we replaced the battery by Colin who is based in Malaga our dog now knows the the fence line is working again bless her but thanks to Colin testing out our equipment even after 10years still going strong stopping our Kelpie crossing the fence line. We don't normally give feedback but with dog line we had to because we want to let people know this product helps & saves your fur baby the Keefes Family from the Eastern Hills. Thanks Colin.”
