“The Dog Line promised good service and the delivered that and more. Recommended. They phoned me to advise a few days delay with despatch, which I appreciated. The bark collar I purchased does everything it says it would and my life is starting to get back to some semblance of notmal.”

“These guys are the best! I had accidentally ordered the wrong long hair attachment for a collar and they not only picked up my error, they went out of their way to call me to check. Without hesitation they sent me the correct one which was actually a little more, though they were happy to swap it over. Good old fashioned customer service the way it should be. Will use these guys again in a heartbeat. Thank you! Liz G”

“I would never buy this again. The battery pack is far too heavy for the cheap nylon collar that it's on - therefore the battery pack does nothing but constantly extend the size of the collar causing it to just come off the dog all together and renders the device an expensive and useless piece of kit. It's a very expensive waste of money and the supplier ignores emails.”

“The customer service discussing the correct purchase was brilliant. THEN when I accidentally thought my two attempts via PayPal didn't go through and paid via credit card, meant I paid 3 times. Again the customer service was awesome, helpful and kept me up-to-date with several calls letting me know the status of the situation and return of my money. 10/10”

“I haven't tried the remote training side of the collar yet, but the collar has certainly worked on the barking, she has not barked since I put it on her.”

“remote dog trainimg collar , i bought this for my miniture dachsund to stop him barking at friends and family , it works great it makes him stop and listen to me , the ony small problem i have is the lengh of the collar it is way to long for a small dog”

“Our little Maltese Shih Tuz is 4 1/2 years old. He loves to bark a lot when we go out & when some one walks past, driving our neigbour crazy. We purchased the dog line collar a few weeks ago now. Seems to be working really well. Some times he will still lets out a bark then stops. Mostly he just gives a little growl now. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.”

“Our farmhouse is very old and so is built next to a now very busy highway on Southern Eyre Peninsula. We have lost numerous pets to this road and were reluctant to adopt any more animals as a result. When my son-in law told me that there was a system that would keep dogs safe, I immediately researched and found The Dog Line, This has changed my world!!!! My new doggy will not go near the blue flags, even after receiving only ONE training walk! This system is incredible. I can leave the dogs home, with complete confidence that they will be alive when I arrive home from work. Thankyou.”
