I’ve spent a significant amount of money with this company, and unfortunately, most of it has been wasted. I initially purchased two BC6 Barking Dog Training Collars. They worked well at first, but over time — even after multiple battery replacements — they stopped functioning properly. I then purchased two more, thinking it may have been a one-off issue, but experienced the same problems again. After contacting support, I was advised to upgrade to the Barkless Pro BP-504 E-Collar with Bark Counter as the best solution. I purchased these, followed all instructions (fully charged, properly fitted), and tried them on three separate occasions. They simply do not work at all. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and have nothing to show for it. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend these products. I would appreciate a response from the company and a proper resolution to this ongoing issue.”

I would never buy this again. The battery pack is far too heavy for the cheap nylon collar that it's on - therefore the battery pack does nothing but constantly extend the size of the collar causing it to just come off the dog all together and renders the device an expensive and useless piece of kit. It's a very expensive waste of money and the supplier ignores emails.

Ordered an expensive barking collar from TheDogLine and it had never arrived and even have the tracking from AusPost to approve of this. Been stuffed around so much by this company, they have told me about 5 times probably even more about then giving me a refund and it has never ever happened and it’s been about a month. They’ve told me that they have opened a investigation with AusPost and if they don’t get a response from them by 8th of may they will refund me. It’s now 14th of May and they still refuse to give me a refund and i keep getting stuffed around

Hi Lucas. I have had a look in to your case as well. The item was indeed sent by us... however the package has only today been confirmed as lost by Australia Post. I notice that you took up the offer of Free shipping when you filled in the Check out form. We also subsidised Insurance, against L:oss or Damage at a very reasonable rate. I notice that you did not take up the offer to insure the package in transit. We are unable to cover items lost in post unless insurance is taken up on check out. You may need to approach Australia Post regarding the lost package. Regards Colin

I've waited almost 6 weeks for my item and the company didn't deliver my item. It was lost by Australia post. They will not replace the item and they will not give me a refund. $366 down the drain, this is nothing short of THEFT and FRAUD. I would NEVER do this to a customer. Disgraceful.

Hi Caitlyn. Very sorry that you feel that way. As you mentioned your product was lost by Australia post. We did hold up our end of the bargain and sent it via Trackable post (which is the FREE Shipping you wanted) You mentioned in your email to us that you have previously had parcels lost by AU Post quite often Yet. You did not select to pay $8 Insurance to cover the item in case of loss or damage. We have done everything in our power to assist. It is something that you need to discuss with AU post. We will send a copy of your emails and tracking evidence to PayPal as I don’t feel it is reasonable for us to cover the loss. We are not required to. So sorry about the lost item. But we can’t afford to cover items lost by AU post. Which is why we offer Insurance as an option. Regards Colin.

Very long shipping time Bought this collar and it doesn’t work when dog barks at all . Even bought an extra citronella cartridge and completely hopeless.

I purchased the PetSafe Lite Rechargeable Bark Collar for Small Dogs - PBC17-16447 firstly in 2020 which worked well. However, it stopped working within one year, so I purchased it a second time and this one has also stopped working. I will complain directly to PetSafe, however very disappointing to spend $300 on a product (for both) that ultimately doesn't last.

I ordered 2 anti barking collars as a rental. I wasn't aware that these collars are illegal in NSW where I reside. The collars have not been used and I contacted the company as soon as I was made aware of the legislation in NSW. Dogline should have 1) made consumers aware that it is illegal to use in NSW and not process the order in the first place 2) When contacted by myself , I was given the run around with regards to a full refund which I am still waiting on despite the collars being returned still in its original postal packaging. Very unhappy customer. Still no contact from the company. The delivery took in excess of 5 working days despite paying for express post

worst customer service ever experienced. i was hung up on when i was telling Diklan over the phone that my dog was becoming aggressive with the electric collar on.

The worst service I've ever seen. Dog line do not honour the 3 year warranty. The second collar i got from them broke and they refused to replace it.

actually I disappointed since the vibrating pet safe collar didnt work for my 9 months puppy and still barking during wearing it ..it was just waist of money !!!
