“Excellent product. Works well with my sensitive yet stubborn American Cocker Spaniel for recalls when she becomes distracted. Great service, item arrived promptly even though it was on back order. I assumed it would take weeks, however there was only about a week delay. Due to item not being in stock, when it came in it was Express posted at no extra cost. Great company. Will be recommending others.”
