Very happy with my e collar, had a hiccup with receiving the item, I sent them an email and was contacted via phone call in a very quick time. The lady I dealt with was probably one of the best people I have ever experienced and dealt with the matter genuinely, I received the item next day. highly recommend them..great company to purchase from, thank you
