I purchased a sportsdog remote trainer for my Malamute and haven't looked back. I purchased a cheaper version prior and had nothing but trouble and not an understanding salesman, my dog wasn't responding and he crossed the road and nearly got hit by a car.I did some research and decided to call the dog line and spoke to Colin an explained the situation. I purchased the sportsdog and have been extreamly happy with it. I have found Colin and other staff to be always helpful and very good at explaining the products. I have been happy with the collar I have recently purchased an extra collar for my German Sheppard. Once again haven't looked back. I would recommend "The Dog Line" to anyone needing help with dog training. That extra support is appreciated.
