After placing 3 orders for dog i.d. tags on the Friday on-line, I had accidentally cancelled the payment for the first order due to inexperience in online shopping. Colin kindly rang me on the following day (Saturday) and explained that it had not processed and accepted a credit card payment an was able to forward the order on to the tag company. I received the tags within the following week. He also was able to give me a lot of information and recommendations on invisible fencing collars. I will definitely use them again.
