The customer service discussing the correct purchase was brilliant. THEN when I accidentally thought my two attempts via PayPal didn't go through and paid via credit card, meant I paid 3 times. Again the customer service was awesome, helpful and kept me up-to-date with several calls letting me know the status of the situation and return of my money. 10/10
