These guys are the best! I had accidentally ordered the wrong long hair attachment for a collar and they not only picked up my error, they went out of their way to call me to check. Without hesitation they sent me the correct one which was actually a little more, though they were happy to swap it over. Good old fashioned customer service the way it should be.
