Hi
I have a Sports Dog training collar, which has been amazing.
I hadn’t needed to use it for some time, but wanted to do some chicken training.
The Dog Line service was extremely helpful. They sourced the problem; the collar was not picking up the signal and clarified my purchase dates.
As it was still under warranty I received a replacement collar. It made my year!
