The staff at the dog line have been very helpful and receptive to our individual circumstances. The citronella bark collar that we purchased has been super effective and our once frequently barking dog has become much quieter. Our neighbour who has been helping monitoring our dogs barking and whining while we are at work has commented that our boy has been "perfect". We are no longer worried that he is disturbing the neighbours and he seems more calm, not so "on guard" all the time.
