Prompt and efficient service. I purchased a Petsafe bark control collar for my dog 3 weeks ago. We live on a rural property and my dog had developed a habit of barking just to let the world know she was up and about and not to mess with her and it was driving me crazy. My trying to stop the barking only spurred her on. The bark control collar allows her a couple of barks before it gets to the level where she stops barking and she knows this. She is more in control of herself, calmer and more responsive to commands. We are both happy.
