Went on to chat on line help. Very helpful. I was hesitant to use electric shock collar on my dog. I was suggested Easy Educator which has vibration and tone modes as well. Top of the range, but worth paying for. After a few times, since my dog is very smart (LOL), I only use vibration and tone modes just to remind him. Most of the time, putting the collar is enough. The product was out of stock when I ordered it, but the Dog Line let me know that and kept me informed until it was shipped out. I recommend the Dog Line to anyone.
