Professional, helpful staff who really know their products. Purchased the 'Hidden Fence' for our Kelpie and have installed 300m of wire as we have a small farm. He has the run of the property but never goes within 2m of the wire. Took only two training sessions and can now take off the collar as he knows the drill.
