We do not have our dogs yet, we have applied for rescue dachshunds and hope to get 2. We have not been able to test out the product yet but I wanted to say how impressed I was when a team member called me the day I purchased the product. He said they will support us with any questions and spent time talking me through how the product works and let me know of other products that are available.
