Wonderful service, thank you!! The remote collar I ordered went out of stock due to a rush of orders. Carmen called and emailed to let me know, and offered express shipping when it came in stock. The stock was a little later than expected so she popped in some treats for Dash as well.
I was SO pleased with the service and the collar. We're already having some great success improving Dash's behaviour. I can't wait to see how we progress!!
