The ladies at the dog line were a MASSIVE help. The training collar we received for our Beagle has honestly changed our life it is like she is a new beagle so much more well behaved. The ladies went above and beyond for me as i spoke to someone online when I was ordering as I needed the collar within under a week as the trainer was coming out so she advised me to get express post. I made my order and received a phone call later that day saying the collar I ordered unfortunately was out of stock and they would be happy to send out another collar at the same price as they knew I needed it quickly it was posted out that day and I received it a day later ! how’s that for customer service. Very glad I purchased from the dog line the product is life changing and the customer service was fantastic ! Would definitely purchase of the dog line again.
