My pup didn't know where it came from but she learnt very quickly and also her behaviour all in all just not the spoilt brat attitude but all round better behaviour. She still is a happy puppy and the collar was only on for one afternoon. Taken off for 3 weeks then on for a weekend as barking crept in but now just a little growl at the walkers passing by but no naughty barking for attention.
