Very impressed with their service. I ordered a bark collar for my papillon and
had a phone call within 30 minutes to tell me it was out of stock for a week. They phoned again a week later to tell me that particular one was no longer being manufactured and would send me the updated and better model for no extra cost. It was also shipped express that day. Received it yesterday so excited to try it out on my little dog.
