Great customer service, answered all of my questions within 24 hours. I purchased the Lite bark shock Collar for my two mini dachshunds who have real barking issues. It’s only been about 8 days and I’ve seen improvements already. I know I will need to continue using the collar for a few more months for them to be completely trained. Very happy with the results so far. When the collar is on, they are 90% quieter. When it comes off they’re not as loud, they still bark (it’s only been about 8 days using it), but I think continuously using the collar for at least 2 months will do the trick! People think it is a cruel product, but if you read the instructions and use it correctly and don’t leave it on them for long periods, then it’s a safe terrific training device. I move the collar around and check their skin every few hours to see for irritations. Also give them a nice neck scratch while I’m there which they love!!! :) Very good for training stubborn small breeds. Thank you heaps, Emily.
