Dealing with The dog Line is a breeze, when the postage was messed up on the Geo-fence I ordered (no fault of The Dog Line) they sent another unit straight away. I live in an area where animals dont get second chances if they stray from home and for some of us our animals are members of our family. Thankfully Colin,Carmen and the rest of the crew at TDL are of this mindset.
