The customer support when I had an issue was fantastic. My dog line stopped working on the weekend and Colin was able to talk me through the troubleshooting process clearly over the phone. In the end the dog line was working perfectly, but the power point I was using was faulty! The line was easy to install, my previously escape-artist dog is safe and happy and I have peace of mind knowing the unit is of high quality and help is at hand if anything goes wrong. I definitely recommend this product and company.
