I had used the product before and recently got another dog who had bad manners so decided to get another collar. Only took a few days for her to learn not to copy bark, and our other dog has regained his non barking manners somewhat.
We are very pleased with the products and service and through the chat line was how we were able to decide on the second collar. Thankyou very much and we are back to a happy home again.
