We contacted the Dog Line after complaints about our dogs barking when we aren't home. They responded to our queries promptly, gave some great tips while on the phone and recommended a collar. When I looked the collar up IU found that it is for dogs with my little dogs personality - so they know their products! When there was an issue with supplying the collar they informed me immediately and I received it when they said I would. The extra hints and tips that came with the collar from the Dog Line were also great.
