The customer support team is super helpful, friendly, & efficient. Very knowledgeable & communicative. I sent in one of my ecms for a problem vehicle we were unable to fix fully due to the ECM having an issue internally. After I submitted my work order, the process went super quick from shipment to them, to response back from the tech as to what the issue was, with receiving the ecm back during a holiday week. We have progress and that is what matters. I will use them again for more vans & vehicles I have issues with. I highly recommend :)
