“ECU PROS DID A GOOD JOB ON GETTING MY DME REPLACED HOWEVER THEIR WEB SITE SAID 8 -10 DAY TURN AROUND. AFTER 13 DAYS NO CONTACT. I CALLED THEM AND THEYBSAID THIER TEC QUIT AND THE ASSIGNED ORDERS WERE ON HIS DESK. NO CONTACT LETTING ME KNOW. AFTER I CALLED THE SECOND TUME IBGOT A EMAIL FROM ANOTHER SAYING HE HAD TO PROGRAM MY CAS AND GET ME A NEW KEY . NO CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA. AFTER 20 DAYY I GOT THE DME, CAS, AND THE NEW KEY MOF MY 650I. PLUGGED IT IN ALL WORKED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS POOR COMMUNICATION. BUT THE WORKMANSHIP IS TOP NOTCH.”

“Fast and accurate turn around time. CPC came back plug and play. My check engine is light on, but the mechanic says that may go away in time over driving it because of the new programming and reading. So I will give you a week when I get a chance to drive been on vacation.”
