Only did a brief test for basic functionality of ECU. Missed the actual problems that were confirmed by a different ECU service. Still charged for it with no recourse. Avoid this company.

Very bad service. I mistakenly paid for a 30-minute service. I called because it was a mistake, and without even processing the payment, they charged me $30. Scammers!

Minimal work performed to diagnose faulty DME. According to video, they installed my DME in one of their cars, revved the engine a couple times and called it good. BEFORE testing, I told them that it was an issue under load-accelerating, driving up hills.I finally verified it was the DME by installing a known good one. They apparently didn't even drive it. Now after 60 days they will not even respond to my emails. A waste of my money and time

I needed to have my ECU tested and if it was bad, site showed 1 available for purchase for $1499. After I paid $399 for test, I learned from my mechanic it had water damage. I called and informed ECU PRO of this. I was then told that they had no ECU available to fit my 2010 MB G55, despite what the web site showed on the searchers end. The only other option I had at this time was to cancel the order and request a refund. When processing the refund, ECU PRO took out $30 refund/penalty fee, even though there was no service rendered, nor any item purchased. I didn't read anything about this refund penalty prior to paying, even though the site specifically showed there was one Engine Control Unit available. Nothing here was my fault as this site put out info that was incorrect. ECU Pro penalize me $30 for NOT helping me in any way. This is very unprofessional and I have a letter here to be sent to your local BBB in PA, as well as a draft for Yelp and Google (as well as any other organization in your state I can find). I haven't sent these letters off yet, but if I will notified them all should the need be.Thank you for your time in this matter. Bob Degitz I believe the Order number (Unique number) #24516

Company is extremely poor at communication. I shipped my unit for repair. It was simply shipped back, unserviced, not information as regards why. Had to make calls for more details. I thought notes could've accompanied the return shipment. ECU pro can do better than that.

I paid for a testing of my 2008 BMW e60 535i DME and CAS. When I sent the initial request I indicated that I had a 30a error in the DME. I also requested that a second key be mated to the CAS. You indicated that your testing did not find the internal errors that I found in the DME were not found! DME was returned to me and I plugged in the DME & CAS and to my shock the car ran as it did before. Cylinders 4, 5 & 6 (group 2) injectors were not being activated. Please tell me how this is acceptable!

I felt scammed. I was told it would cost $159 to look at and repair my ecu. I was then told I had a leaking capacitor and damage to the circuit board, so it would now cost $1,500.00. Upon return of the ECU I found it had never been opened and looked at, and they sent a letter saying there was nothing wrong with it. Look on ebay for an honest 5 star rated repair or replacement.

I paid over $500 and they sent one of the units back on tested and told me. It's because they're Tech didn't read the email. I made several phone calls and they made no effort to rectify the situation ,very poor service..

I attempted to get my 2004 R53 EWS repaired with ECU Pro. It was a failure. Details: The car would not start with existing key that contained a new battery. Sent in Key, EWS, and computer for motor. I followed all instructions. After 2 weeks I called as I had not heard anything. The lady that answered with super polite and helpful...she shared that the team was behind, but was get to my parts in a few days. No issue for me...progress. I received a note saying that my key was the issue and that it would be fixed...I was given the option to purchase another key and I did. Paid additional fee and got parts back. Plugged in all parts and again followed all instructions and car is doing the same thing...not starting. I have confirmed that 12.6 volts is at the EWS when trying to start the car. Confirmed starter is good...power is not getting to solenoid. I am out $299, shipping, and the cost of a new key. The note I got back now claims that to get further testing done it is $75.00. I am going to pass and pursue other options. Because I have used these guys twice and got the same outcome. I would recommend another vendor. If I find there is another issue, I will review again and change review; however, right now, I am not pleased.

In the first contact the problem was explained to them in a BMW and it was said that it was random and after Running on Street for a while, the computer was sent and the service and shipping was paid. After a few days they sent a video with the computer connected to a bmw and showing that the car was fine, and that they would return the computer because it did not have faults, at that time we contacted them again and explained again that it was random and after running for a while, they said that if that happened like this it was not the computer, I don't understand why they made us send and pay for their review if the response was from the beginning of the process
