“We received our equipment back on Monday October 19th 2026 and the mini cooper fired right up and worked fine with the new key. Yesterday October 21 2026 no crank no start, put a 30amp fuse were the white module box plugs into and the car cranked right over. Back to square one, the team at ECU are very professional and keeping us updated and informed. Now will see what we have to pay to get things retested again. But again they are still working with us for now and I appreciate it.”

“I guess this is a useful service. Although my Mini Cooper still does not start. The people I spoke with are nice and I assume competent. I was never able to to gain access to those that actually updated the "corrupt software". 750.00, or whatever I paid, seems a high price to pay for what I should do next.”

“For a number of reasons the transacation took quite a bit longer than expected, but in the end they provided a honest assesment and provided me with options that ended up saving me quite a bit on repair costs. In the end there was nothing wrong with my ECU which allowed me to identify what the problem actually was. Something the repair shop was not able to do after spending over $700 in unneeded repairs and analysis.”

“Very good communication and they seem to do what they promise. The turnaround time was pretty long to leave a car disabled but the savings are good vs a new dme. I have had a repeat of the service engine code but my mechanic cleared it and it has not yet reappeared after 4 days.”

“Sent the unit and got it back in a timely manner, only reason did not receive five star is the file was corrupt and it had to have and additional expense. once I got the unit back had to take it somewhere to get reprogrammed for our specific truck. Communication was great.”

“ECU Pros was patient and answered all of my questions. The more information you provide the better they can assist you. We'll definitely use they again if needed. Turn around is a little long understandable between mailing and and testing. Over all great experiences 👌”

“The work was done quickly and correctly. My car is back on the road after a few weeks since the ecu had to be sent out to them. No codes anymore or hard starts and they provided suggestions to make sure the problem doesn't happen again.”
