“The ECU Pro did a good job with my ECU questions, and they were patient and professional throughout the process. I would love to give all 5 stars, but the only reason that I don't is because they don't yet have a BMW E46 platform to do their testing on (like my car).”

“Had to send modules back due to receiving the package damaged. Unfortunately was charged for the second delivery, which was no fault of my own. But ECU Pro confirmed the Modgule was OK and provided a new case for my electronics. At this time. The modules are OK but unfortunately took 3 1/2 weeks of time. I would suggest that the programming be saved so that if the package is ever damaged as mine, a replacement could be reprogrammed and sent out this would’ve eliminated extra packaging cost and lost time. I would, however Pro again, but caution that since the package is fragile that appropriate measures are taken to protect them.”

“The process of shipping and diagnosis of the FRM was quick and i appreciated the video of the test afterwards. Communication was timely but a more detailed explanation would have been nice.”

“Shipping was fast and easy. Only reason for 4 starts was the lack of checking in as requested with what was wrong with my ECU and what was replaced or repaired with the service.”

“The experience was great, turnaround time was also great. I just had one small hiccup that i am still trying to work out. Since installing the new FRM the passenger side window automatically rolls down to halfway. This is not something that was happening before the FRM. Any Advice? Great experience overall.”

“Overall, ECU Pro has been easy to do business with. They have been helpful every time I call but do not allow phone conversations with the technicians. Unfortunately, I am still having some issues with tail light running lights that appear to be related to the FRM. They have agreed to make a new FRM replacement for me so hopefully that will solve my issues. I will update this review if I can.”
