Very fast and efficient in looking at our ECM for a client. When I called to check on the status, it was in like and likely to be looked at the following week, then 2 days went by and they had already looked at it. Will use them again.

I have a 2008 Mini Cooper Convert - it was running OK then all a suddon it stop running - I had it pulled in and three differant machanics looked at it, one charge me $791.00 to replace immobilizer module, $600.00 toeing bill. What I had sean before repairs made was water in the right floor board thats when I found the shorted module I sent to you for repair, splice wire for used connector reconnected module, when you turn switch to start makes no sound and like no contact, radio does not connect top let down dead, windows do work and when you turn switch all lights on start up do come on. At present I am out almost $2,000.00 and car still wont start, HELP

The service I received was great, they were prompt answered all my questions. Even though my part was not able to be repaired they sent me the replacement along with my old one.

I sent my cas and module and key in. They said they could not find anything wrong. I still have the same problem. Video is post sent in and received back.

They were fairly quick to respond to questions. It was very easy to mail them the ECU and they kept to thier stated timeline. I had my ECU replaced and it worked like a charm.

I received my purchase in a timely manner. I installed the unit and did the necessary resets and everything came out excellent. There were a few things i had to figure out but they were minimal. I would like to have had a directional manual on reinstallation that presented expextations of what to expect and the steps to resolve. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for this. Other than that the whole experience was five stars. I would recommend their service to anyone with this situation.

They were able to recover my data and as soon as I plugged in my module, my car started however, I’m working with them to get help to initialize a few systems

I sent the wrong unit and they were very helpful in directing me towards the right part. The only thing that could be helpful, would be a way to print shipping labels through them. It would simply shipping and maybe reduce costs.

I sent my EIS and keys in for testing. Testing was completed in a satisfactory and timely manner. The only criticism is that all communication is via email. So rather than having the ability to have a 5 minute conversation with the technician who did the testing, you wind up sending emails back and forth over a couple of different days.

I like the way when they tested it they sent me a video of it and an email letting me know what was going on and what has asked me what I wanted to do they were very clear on their findings and did everything just as they said they would

I was a little concerned when they mentioned the CPU board was to bad to be repaired but a few emails kept me up-to date and confident I had found the correct place to help me with my troubles. Then I fouind out the board that was shiped from the manufacture had a defect but we held steday on the fealing of confidence and within the noted time my new CPU was out for shipping and all is well. Once I continue to find and solve other issues I can happly say my experience was great. Recomenditions have already been made.
