Much too early to tell, the communication does seem to be a problem. Just received back second time, the computer worked 90% better than first sent but stills has problem. When sent back, I talked to tech and thought I made it clear that I really didn't want this computer back and was willing to pay difference. I haven't installed it back from second time yet, They were pushing for a review today. I just received it minutes ago.

We received the DME back in good time but they throw a code for EPS fault and my car never threw that code before because it doesn’t have EPS. I contacted them for assistance and got vague deflecting responses. Car is still at the shop due to this and it has not went well

I had my pcp refurbished. Throttle pedal went dead 3 days after receiving it back. Now it seems to work but my dash now says no trans. I’m running the truck as it is for now but it still is not right. Joseph lysogorski Josephlysogorski@yahoo.com 989-798-1437 What should I do. I’m afraid to sent it back again as it seems that you do not properly refurbish units.

The work was done in a timely manor but I’m still having trouble it barely recognizes the key it may have reconizer it twice an now I get nothing I tried new battery in the fob an no changes

Didnt end up sending in BCM. Was charged $30 just to get a refund on the $299 fee

I sent my part to ecu pros and received it back in a timely manner. Car started about 5 times and would not start again. I had it towed to a local shop and they told me the eis had failed again. Not even worth the time and money I spent. Now will have to by a new part from the dealer and have it programmed. Too much hassle to have the part removed and send it again. Don't recommend this unless it is local to you.

Just got it back. And still haveing a communication problem. This is a shop. All the powers and grounds have been tested. A different ecu was put into the mini and we had communication. So I sent it off. And they "fixed" it and I still have no communication with either of our snap on scanners. I just got back from vacation and have not been able to call them fir support. I will update depending on talking to them

Sent off my old key,ecm, and cas. When I got them back nothing was done. All you did was cut a new key that doesn't work. Nice job for $400.

Never got a call from the tech,no email either,just billed and no problem found,sent a response email,never got a reply

Right now I havew to rate the repair as poor for today, Feb 3, I am returning my repair #9961 under the original warranty as all indications of the continuing issues point to the original repair as being incomplete and insufficient.

I was expecting a new unit, but the one I received appears to be refurbished. Currently, the ECU I received is not performing properly. My windshield wipers are now working, but It has introduced new problems that I did not have with my original unit.
