“The true measure of a business is how they handle things that go wrong, not always how often things go right. I had a couple of minor issues (after I had paid and recieved back the items) with my CAS and key. Both items were resolved with a single phone call. I find Dave, Brent and the ECU Pro crew to be outstanding, competant, and communicative without the "overhead fluff". They get the job done right, or make it right.”

“I daignosed symptoms with my car that suggested the EWS had become unsynched with the ECU. I followed the instructions from ECU Pro, removed the components and sent them in. The technician tested my components, fixed the programming, and sent me a video of my parts functioning correctly. That was reassuring. The turn around time was reasonable.”

“Paid 500, they tested and repaired my DME for my 2012 x3 bmw. They sent a video of it running in a similar vehicle. I received the DME back, installed it and zero issues. The original issue was a internal fault in the DME, causing valvetronic codes. Very happy customer, from the time they received it to the time I got it back was about 14-16 days.”
