“Excellent Business!! Sent in footwell module, and tracking showed it arrived on Saturday. Item was diagnosed, repaired and back in the mail on Monday and I had it back in the car on Tuesday afternoon. Received several communications letting me know what was happening and the final invoice. Even though there were somewhat cheaper options, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend and i will not hesitate to use again if needed.”

“I had a computer issue with my 2012 MERCEDES ECU, I emailed ECU Pro and received a quick response, they explained the process and the time frame. Everything went according with the issues. And when I received my ECU it was ready to go all I had to do was plug it in. Highly recommended them, very professional and polite.”

“Online form was easy to navigate. Received email stating they received paccar pci. Received another that they were working on it. Another email stating pci has been repaired. Very quick turn around. Received delivery of pci. Matched serial numbers to the photo I had taken before shipping it. Mistakes happen and didn’t want to install someone else’s pci. Packing also contained a shipping label just incase pci has to be sent back at a later date (under their one year warranty) and will receive another three months extra for this review. Just all around great. Will definitely use them again. Price was very fair for what they had to do.”
