Found this company on the internet and decided to give them a shot. I am very happy that I did, Shipped my dme to them, they emailed me to let me know that they had received everything and was beging work. Sent me a video show me that my dme was hooked to their car and running. Told me exactly what they found wrong and repaired it and programmed me a new O.E. key fob for my 2009 BMW 750LI, dme and key work like factory new.

They did an excellent job in re-flashing my ECU. They even sent a new returnable ECU in case the fix for the original didn’t work.

Easy and fast repair of the CPC4 unit in my Cascadia. It really is a plug and play repair of the original. Truck runs well, and no lights on the dash!

Sent in my FRM for testing, and came back needing repair, DME for testing and came back needing replacement and the CAS to plug and play testing. I’d recommend if you want to use shop pay that you select the highest service first if you want to try that option in the long run to separate cost if you need payments. I initially selected to pay for testing and wanted to use shop pay for the service and was not able to change it later.. keep that in mind. That is not something ECU pro can do anything about but being knowledgeable in that is beneficial to customer calling in and being given not completely correct information. So now ya know. As far as the FRM it was plug and play and seems good, the DME however is throwing codes and I will need to send it back. They car ran through and cycle corrected old known codes and cleared, however after 30 miles or so I got a engine light for a open circuit thermostat me as well as I couldn’t get the sunroof to engage to open and close. I ran a diagnostic again and it states that the engine or model is not listed under the correct year, I paid to have this done at a shop. The thermostats had been replaced previously. When a diagnostic was ran it threw random codes like airbag sensors not connected, and the seatbelt lights wouldn’t turn off. These were not codes I had before. I have a pending call out to customer service and can update the review once completed. The service is fast, they answer when you call and they communicate however it will be multiple people. The service website system to chat back and forth isn’t the best online, but email works well. I also kept having issues uploading docs when logged into my account in the site. These are basics that could be fixed or looked into or remove the option to do so if the feature doesn’t work. Overall I would recommend and use them again if I have to, just need this final part fixed.

Drained the battery in my 2011 mini. Everything stopped working. Found ECU pro website. Easy explanation on removing the part. Got the part back with 7 days and everything works great. Took the mini out for our Saturday drive and no problems. Great job.
