“I tell you, I wasn’t sure what to expect being from out of state and sending my ECU to out of state repair shop. All I know is that it was the best decision I did. Considering that there was a few hiccups along the way because of the severity of the damages, they took their time updated me with the process. All in all very pleased! “ECU PROS DID A GOOD JOB ON GETTING MY DME REPLACED HOWEVER THEIR WEB SITE SAID 8 -10 DAY TURN AROUND. AFTER 13 DAYS NO CONTACT. I CALLED THEM AND THEYBSAID THIER TEC QUIT AND THE ASSIGNED ORDERS WERE ON HIS DESK. NO CONTACT LETTING ME KNOW. AFTER I CALLED THE SECOND TUME IBGOT A EMAIL FROM ANOTHER SAYING HE HAD TO PROGRAM MY CAS AND GET ME A NEW KEY . NO CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA. AFTER 20 DAYY I GOT THE DME, CAS, AND THE NEW KEY MOF MY 650I. PLUGGED IT IN ALL WORKED. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS POOR COMMUNICATION. BUT THE WORKMANSHIP IS TOP NOTCH.”
