The ECU check service provided by ECU Pro was invaluable in diagnosing the problem. Although the ECU turned out to be okay, which allowed me to move on to what's apparently the only thing left. Also, I found the provided video, which showed my ECU in action (working) and was confidence-inspiring. The only ding in the process was this: I had contacted ECU to request that they ensure my components when they shipped them to me, as it would cost me at least $1500 to replace them with reconditioned parts. I told them I was happy to pay the additional cost of the insurance. They promised that they would do that, but did not. So, I held my breath for three days while it was being shipped back to me, and I watched my porch like a hawk on the day of delivery. Fortunately, it was delivered.

The ECU Pro had pretty good turnaround time and I did eventually get help, but the process had a few bumps along the way. Overall not a bad experience, just wish some parts of communication and handling were a little smoother.

They were honest to begin with when they explained the initial assessment of my EIS. I chose to go with a replacement anyway. The one they had on hand did not pass final inspection and it did take almost an extra couple of weeks for them to get a replacement reprogrammed for me but all in all they were pretty quick with reaching out and good about staying in contact. So far my replacement is working as intended. I would do business with this company again no problem if I was in need of their services again.

Great overall service for my CAS repair/replacement. Ive used their services twice before for my FRM aswell. Had a small issue with one of my keys, which could have been communicated better. Otherwise great support and worksmanship.

This past time they were able to test my unit and find out it did not need repaired. Always quick with great customer service. Even provide videos of the tests being preformed.

Great experience, I have a 2010 Mercedes c300 that had ignition problems , I thought it was my ignition switch but they did a thorough test of the ignition switch and key fob and suggested it was my electronic steering module, found out that was the problem and now my car is back up and running!!! I would highly recommend there services!!!!

I’m not sure how I came across these guys, but I’m glad I did! They worked on my frm module so quickly when they received it & I got it back fast! I saved myself a lot of money having them repair it. Definitely would recommend to others.

This company was incredible and everything they said it would be, I sent My switch with a key and they diagnosed it and repaired it in less than a week. THe price was upfront and it was shipped back within a day after payment. I would give ten stars*******

Excellent and fast service. My FRM came back in working condition and with some helpful reinstall instructions. I mailed it to ECU on a Friday and got it back the following Tuesday.

If you're experiencing DME or CAS issues with your BMW, or if you're facing problems with the EIS in your Mercedes-Benz, ECU Pro is the way to go. I've relied on them for the past couple of years and trust their repair work completely.

ECU Pro provided excellent service. I sent in my CAS, DME, and key for testing/repair because my MINI had a security mismatch issue. They confirmed the CAS and DME security codes did not match, re-matched them, and even tested my equipment in their vehicle to verify it started properly. Communication was clear, the turnaround was professional, and they provided a video showing the repair working. Great experience overall and I would definitely recommend ECU Pro for CAS/DME/key issues.

First time ordering from ECU Pro. They are very professional. They kept me in the loop about everything that needed to be done. I sent my DME for repair and ended up needing a replacement. The Technician helped me with all questions and suggestions as well. The DME works great!! Very Happy with the replacement!!
