“Much too early to tell, the communication does seem to be a problem. Just received back second time, the computer worked 90% better than first sent but stills has problem. When sent back, I talked to tech and thought I made it clear that I really didn't want this computer back and was willing to pay difference. I haven't installed it back from second time yet, They were pushing for a review today. I just received it minutes ago.”

“Ecu Pro replaced and cloned the EIS on my E Class Mercedes. The repair has completely fixed the issue is was chasing for so long. I received the part along with my key in perfect condition and it was a plug and play. The car started right but and has been issue free after 400 mi of mixed driving.”

“I had a great experience working with them. “I dumped 4K into my Mercedes SLK350 before they decided it was possibly the ECU. A friend of mine found this place and I figured why not give it a shot, Mercedes wanted over a thousand and I was fine putting that kind of money in the car. I sent it in and they were able to detect some problems and fix it. It was less than a quarter of the price of what I would have paid. Their customer service was also great! Very easy to work with.”
