“Very impressed. They were helpful answering questions from the beginning. We mailed in our parts, they were tested and we were notified of the need for a replacement DME. We received credit for the testing and received our new DME two days after paying our invoice. Plugged in the new parts and the vehicle started up immediately. Very pleased with their service.”

“Wasnt 100% certain sending ecu in was gonna fix my problem but didnt know what elese to do so sent everything in got it back in timely fashion installed and shizam all problems corrected and i had at least 8 faults lights flashed contacters go crazy when starting check engine light and alot of other things were wrong absolutely corrected all my problems very greatful to everyone that worked on mine i didnt even talk to anyone i just followed there directions on website and 100% perfect thank you ECU PROS”

“The replacement part did fix the issues that my son was having. So thank you for that. But the extra key is not quite what we expected. The physical cut key does not work on the doors and the trunk, though the FOB does. And the Fob is not sensed by the car it will only start it while in the steering column.”

“These guys know their stuff. I have had to CAS modules sent in on different cars and they both have come back in working condition. I had another one sit in the heat too long in a car and they simple asked to send it back and they would fix it again at no charge. If you have an older model BMW you will eventually have a module fail and the cost of a dealership replacement will shock you. Thanks guy. Another satisfied customer.”

“We found The ECU Pros when we had the dreaded FRM module issue on a BMW we performed engine repair on, and we unhooked the battery. The day they received the module, they notified me they recieved it, within an hour, it was repaired, and by the end of the day on it's way back. Amazing!!! We were pleasantly surprised when we also recieved detailed instructions to ensure when we plugged it back in the module did not suffer another failure(its a BMW thing,) and it had a warranty!!! Thank you for their fast service, our customer was back on the road in less than 10 days. You can bet these guys are in my contacts for any module repair we need in the future!”
