Had the pros at ECU Pro clone my MB W203 C class EIS after my original unit suffered a mechanical failure and the key fobs stopped being recognized. The 1st unit they sent worked (car start) but threw an error code. A quick chat with technical support (and the actual technician working on the unit) and they configured and mailed a 2nd replacement out a few days later which worked flawlessly, and included a shipping label so I could mail the 1st one back for free. They stand behind their work which is very reassuring. These guys saved me a pile of $$ compared to what the dealership wanted. Phone support was very professional as well. They were able to answer all of my questions. I am a very happy customer. Can gladly recommend. These guys know their stuff.

The process was quick and easy. They tested and repaired my CAS for a 2010 Mini Cooper S. When I reinstalled the CAS, the car started right up.

My footwell module was repaired and returned very quickly. I was impressed by the turnaround. Now everything works and my car has no codes. I will recommend and use ECU PRO again if needed.

These guys are the real deal. My 328i 2010 started acting up by intermittently or not started. A weeks time more or less. Got a video from them and when i plugged everything back in... WALA butter. Thank alot guys good job.

They did excellent work on the Cas. They would get 5 stars but they had absolutely zero communication with me. I asked questions in my order portal, after I paid in full for a repair before even having the unit sent or tested. I had a question about what to send, no response. I had a question about it being received, no response, after they said the unit was diagnosed, they asked if I wanted it repaired, which I had already paid for. Then they said they seen the payment and would repair, but nothing after that. I asked if they were sending th unit back, no response. They just don't communicate at all with the customer.
