The team at ECU Pro received the ECU from my Mercedes Benz SLK350 on a Friday, the following Monday stating my unit had been tested. Unfortunately it could not be repaired and I purchased a replacement. The replacement arrived that Friday along with the old EVU. I installed the replacement ECU per instructions, turned the key and she fired right up with no issues. With a few hundred miles so far and everything is fine. Great people and great service. Thank you ECU Pro!

Initially, I was hesitant to use ECU Pro, as I had found them online. However, I decided to take the plunge and sent my Mini Cooper's footwell module for repair. The process was smooth, and they even conducted an initial inspection, providing the option to repair instead of replace, which was awesome. Consequently, I received a partial refund. I highly recommend ECU Pro. 10 out of 10

I had what I would call, a difficult ECU problem. I have a 2013 Porsche Cayenne Diesel. Not a very common vehicle, and one that I found to be not supported by several ECU repair services. Apparently they have limited access to Porsche ECU programs. I had already sent my ECU to two different ECU repair companies. One charged me a repair fee, which they refunded once I challenged their claim that it was repaired. It hadn’t even had the screws removed from the cover. The second company told me that it passed all their tests. And they charged me a testing fee. Finally, I bought a used ECU from EBAY. I sent this ECU and my old ECU to The ECU Pro. They were able to copy the information from my old ECU to my new ECU. I plugged in the new ECU, and my vehicle is running without issue. This saved me over a thousand dollars compared to the cost of a dealer ECU plus programming. I recommend these guys. I would use them again.

I attempted to get my 2004 R53 EWS repaired with ECU Pro. It was a failure. Details: The car would not start with existing key that contained a new battery. Sent in Key, EWS, and computer for motor. I followed all instructions. After 2 weeks I called as I had not heard anything. The lady that answered with super polite and helpful...she shared that the team was behind, but was get to my parts in a few days. No issue for me...progress. I received a note saying that my key was the issue and that it would be fixed...I was given the option to purchase another key and I did. Paid additional fee and got parts back. Plugged in all parts and again followed all instructions and car is doing the same thing...not starting. I have confirmed that 12.6 volts is at the EWS when trying to start the car. Confirmed starter is good...power is not getting to solenoid. I am out $299, shipping, and the cost of a new key. The note I got back now claims that to get further testing done it is $75.00. I am going to pass and pursue other options. Because I have used these guys twice and got the same outcome. I would recommend another vendor. If I find there is another issue, I will review again and change review; however, right now, I am not pleased.

ECU Pro did an outstanding job of troubleshooting my 2003 SL500 EIS module and recommending the correct course of action to get me back up and running. They were very thorough and offered options to correct the issue. There communication via email was fast and accurate and easy to understand. The replacement EIS is back in the car and works perfectly with the newly programmed extra FOB. Shipping are repairs were fast.

Footwell Module on my 2013 bmw 328i went bad when I had to replace the alternator. Repair shop was going to to charge $1400 for parts labor and reprogramming. Found The ECU Pro online and figured it was worth a try. Paid $250 for the repair option + the extra $75 for express shipping. Was able to remove the module rather easily although not as easy as the guy in their video made it look. Not knowing exactly how the locking mechanism worked on each of the plugs made it more challenging than the guy in the video who looked like he could do it in his sleep. I did end up taking the panel above the pedals off to get better access and that helped. Shipped part per the instructions provided and got regular communication from ECU from the time they received it to the time they shipped it back approx 24 hours later. Got the part the next day and had it reinstalled in about 10 minutes. Saved me over $1000. Highly recommend.
