Professional an a very fast turnaround. I’ve not been able to test the unit yet but it looks very well done. I’m having issues with the key fob not working at this time.

ECU Pro was professional and easy to work with. The cutomer service reps were all knowledgeable. The computer board was repaired and returned by fex Ex next day mail with minimal down time. I would certianly use them again.

Due to my own error, I corrupted the software in the FRM of my 2011 BMW 135i (E82). The ECU Pro team were very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of removing and sending modules to them for recovery. They also handled my case immediately and had the parts back to me (in Florida) within just a few business days. The recovery process was successful and all functions of my modules were restored. I can fully recommend The ECU Pro services.

I am not handy - but I am cheap. I picked up a non-running 2011 BMW 328i for very little that had sat for 2 years. Dropped a battery in it - got it running - but had all sorts of CAS, DME, and FRM errors. Wasted a little time trying to chase those errors but ultimately decided to send all 3 modules to ECU Pro. They were lightning fast - took about 6 business days after they got everything to complete all of the necessary diagnostics and repairs. Got the modules yesterday afternoon, hooked everything back up and the car started up immediately. No codes - everything working as it should - just a fantasic experience all around with ECU Pro. Thank you so much! One fun life lesson: I had pulled the battery and put it on a trickle charger and shut the trunk lid. My car didn't have pass through from the trunk to the backseat and there is no trunk key lock. Since the CAS, DME, and FRM had been pulled - jumping the car from the engine jump posts didn't work. So... to get into the trunk and hook up the battery so you can install everything - I had to pull the plastic cover from the backseat armrest/drink holder and use a 3" hole saw to cut a hole through the plastic barrier so I could run a fishline and pull the trunk release. Not ideal - but after the plastic cover is back in place it looks normal and no one is going to be looking in the trunk. The lesson is - don't shut your trunk if you don't have an FRM, CAS, DME, or battery connected.

Very good work. Pace of work is good. Customer support via the chat thru the website is a little disappointing and don’t expect answers from them but overall I was impressed with the service on my ECU.

Great comunication. They were even willing to speak with the Auto shop that we were working with. Our car that we were told was not worth the trouble is now running great - at a fraction of the cost to buy a new computer.
