I had a BMW 535i with an EWS malfunction that needed to be repaired. I also requested that the key I sent in as well be changed to a comfort access key in the CAS. They were very responsive and informative in their communication, keeping me informed throughout the whole process as well as asking for my input when needed. When I received my repaired unit my car started perfectly and the key worked as requested.
