Excellent customer service. They were able to test my parts quicker than expected. Clear communication on the fact that they received my parts, when they tested it, and when they were going to be sending it back - along with sending me a tracking number once sent. Within the communication aspect what I loved the most is that they sent me a video to show what the email explained. Highly recommend if you need to get your DME checked out.
