acceptable service but not to my expectations.since i can`t talk to tech or someone who knows the device in and out that`s a minor but important problem for me
i send many questions with my device none of them were answered other than that we got the device repaired and sent the unit
with a little better customer service they would have been superb
but who knows maybe they are busy enough for not the care
but bottom line is they fixed it and works now
