The ECU Pro could not fix my ECU RAAM issue but did get me a freshly programmed ECU that as advertised plugged and played in my 2001 BMW X5.
They do quickly answer questions and send the video of the ECU working in a different version of your vehicle. All this in a quick turnaround.
