I was unable to order a new CAS3 system for my 2012 Mini Cooper. The manufacturer is not currently making them. Thanks to ECU, I was able to send them the units, and they were able to repair them. All of this was done in less than a week. I received updates and videos, and my parts were returned quickly once repaired.
