I was referred to the ECUPRO by Craid Ostrander, the guy I purchased the BMW from. He informed me of the vehicles malfunctions, and stated that these guys were the team for the job! HE WAS NOT LYING. I purchased the FMR repair service, with the optional overnight shipping for an extra 75 dollars, and these guys worked on the unit ON A SUNDAY, and shipped it back to me as expediently as possible. They were responsive to my inquiring emails during the repair process and 100 percent professionals. I give them a 10/10 and would highly recommend them to others.
