WOW! They started diagnosing my DME the day they received it! A weekend passed and then I got a call from Chad early Tuesday, stating he was completed with my unit. I requested they make an additional key while they had my modules. My pkg. was mailed out that day and I had it on Thursday! When I spoke with Chad, he warned me in advance I might have a minor issue to address. Not only was he correct but he also provided guidance as to how to correct it. This is the best experience I have had with an out of town vendor in as long as I remember!
